Fragrant broth, lots of fresh green veggies, topped with Vietnamese style noodles,- this is what I call a true Pho. It is very nutritious, full of aroma from spices and herbs, and you won’t stop eating it. That is the case when the bigger bowl is the better! There are so many variations of Pho and this one is my favorite recipe. Broth is what makes Pho a Pho in its full meaning of the name. It does take some time to make this true Asian delicacy, but if you plan some time for cooking the broth, assembling the final bowl takes just a matter of minutes! Plus, by cooking a large batch of broth you can always freeze it and surprise your friends and family with a wonderful dinner during the week not actually spending any time cooking it. Get noodles ready, arrange colorful herbs and veggies garnish, slice the beef on the plate and enjoy.
